Refund policy

We operate with a strict 14-day return window. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at comms@order1119.com. If your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label and the exact coordinates of our processing facility. Please note that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount. If the return is due to a defective product or an operational error on our end (e.g., incorrect item sent), Order 1119 will absorb the return shipping cost entirely. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We maintain strict quality control. We do not accept returns on any items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the user, or altered from their original condition.

Exchanges 

Because Drop 001 inventory is strictly allocated, we cannot guarantee standard exchanges. If you require a different size, please contact comms@order1119.com immediately. We will attempt to facilitate a swap from our reserve stock, but if your requested size is unavailable, your request will be processed as a standard return and refund.

Damages and Operational Errors

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
